Unpack Your Shit
Get ready to feel some shit. When you unpack something you should expect there to be a little discomfort. Don’t be scared because I am going to be with you as you unpack the things in your life that are causing you pain, stress, and unhappiness. Now is the time to be brave, to look yourself in the mirror and be proud of the person staring back at you.
During this eight week course we will unpack your hang ups. We will identify what beliefs are blocking you from moving forward. You will go inward, feel your body and begin to identify how your emotions play into your decision making. Working through this process will give you a deeper understanding of who you are as a person.
By the end of this workshop you will:
Identify the beliefs that are holding you back
Learn to feel your emotions in a physical way
Accept your emotions and use them as a guiding force when making decisions
Gain a deeper understanding of who you are as a human being
This workshop will be virtual and take place over Google Meet. There will be a total of 8 weekly calls, that are scheduled for an hour but if they go over I'm ok with that, if you're ok with it. Also, each participate will receive a one-on-one call with me. If any of this resonates with you, I welcome you to take a deep breath and sign up for this workshop.

I love talking about the tough shit, only because I know that after the initial pain and shock wears off I am in a better space. Even as a child I facilitated conversations between my siblings and parents. I remember telling my younger brother once, "Yes this conversation is going to suck, but I promise you will feel better after it."
I am here to help you facilitate a conversation with yourself, allowing you to go deeper into your emotions and body. It will be tough at times, but I promise you will be stronger after doing this inner work and unpacking some of your shit.
